Patrizia V. A few of her key achievements include her role in the €80 million trade receivables securitization program for MARR S.p.A., Italy's leading foodservice operator, and the €55 million long-term bank financing and €60 million trade receivables securitization program for Martini, one of Italy's largest agri-food groups. These accomplishments highlight her expertise in working with large multinational corporations, particularly in structuring complex financing and debt restructuring deals.

In the M&A space, Patrizia played a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisitions of Frette and La Perla for JH Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, and has been involved in several high-profile acquisitions, including the JBS-Inalca JV and acquisitions within the solar energy sector. Her extensive experience also spans advising on the acquisition of Cesare Ragazzi by AdviCorp and other assignments involving international companies such as Photo Me International (UK), DNP (Japan), and PoValley Energy (Australia).

Before her tenure at AdviCorp, Patrizia was involved in venture capital investment opportunities with GlobalEuroNet, focusing on high-tech projects, and project financing and grant analysis at Censis Servizi S.p.A., helping businesses secure public funds for their projects. Additionally, Patrizia has significant academic experience, having served as an assistant professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the University of Ancona, where she lectured on economics and finance.
