Giacomo Tuteri
Giacomo Tuteri is an Associate Financial Analyst at Advicorp PLC, a London-based investment banking firm specializing in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and debt and equity capital raising. His role involves the execution of M&A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), debt advisory, business and asset valuation, and financial data analysis. He is also responsible for financial forecasting, business planning, and financial modeling, as well as strategic advisory and assisting with due diligence activities. Additionally, he contributes to the creation of pitchbooks and presentations, from drafting to styling.

Giacomo holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, specializing in Banks and Financial Intermediaries, where he graduated with a perfect score of 110/110.
His thesisfocused on advanced corporate finance, specifically examining "The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Italian firms," with a particular emphasis on corporate debt overhang and state aid. He also completed an Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Hanzehogeschool Groningen University in the Netherlands, where he studied Marketing Planning Analysis and Decision.

Earlier, Giacomo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Perugia. During his education, he engaged in various projects, including strategic marketing as a Strategic Marketing Managerfor TEDxPerugia, where he was responsible for planning and executing strategies to increase brand consistency and customer relationships.

In addition to his academic achievements, Giacomo has acquired a strong set of technical skills, including Matlab coding, financial modeling, Python, SQL fundamentals, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for Business, Google Workspace, and the Adobe Suite. He is fluent in Italian and English (with an IELTS score of 7.5) and has basic knowledge of French. His background includes working on notable projects like the Samsung Innovation Camp, where he contributed to a corporate and HR solution for Aboca Group, and participating in the H.E.L.P. Design Thinking Class for a QixApp project.
