TFGH adopted a two pool strategy encompassing a project pool and a fund pool combining them into capital market solutions pooling the funding to realise the various projects. The key concept is under TFGH team to build industrial and financial consolidation platform to meet the demand of the capital markets investors in terms of liquidity.

Project Pool Plus Fund Pool to Increase Global Investment Liquidity
LARGE SCALED RESOURCES / ENERGY/INFRASTRUCTURE/RESOURCES PROJECT PIPELINE
TouchStone have formed a LARGES SCALED projects pool which includes already signed MOUs with companies for the deals in our pipeline, which have been structured and guaranteed by insurance wraps and risk transfer strategy . The projects have strong cash flow support for future business development and fund investment security.
TouchStone and the other shareholders and partners have already identified a more matured pipeline of energy/infrastructure/ resources projects with a total investment size of approximately more than $100 billion. First tranche will be launched with already active projects for $ 34 Billion USD.
With an expected leverage of 70%, the minimum IRR of these projects is 14% and the average is 20%. The equity injected in these projects will be insured to cover payment risks from the various counterparts involved. The debt utilised to fund the project will be insured by leading insurer to cover the market and political risks in the jurisdictions where the projects are located.
All projects will be executed by Touchstone and Global Leading industry players .
